Directions
Leave the M4 at junction 3. Follow A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham. At the roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road) towards Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Q-Park Flyaway can be found approx 1 mile down the A4 on your left, next to the Travel Inn.
Transfers to Heathrow
The FREE shuttle to and from all terminals operates every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking approximately 5-7 minutes.
Check-in Time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the Airport.
Arrival Procedures
On arrival you should park outside the reception area and check in. Present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference,
and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the FREE transfer to the terminal.
Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Q-Park control room on 0208 759 1567 giving your name and voucher
number. You will be told which bus stop you should go to for transfer to the car park. Collect your keys from reception and you car will
be ready in the forecourt.

Security fencing, lighting, CCTV, controlled access barriers and 24 hour security patrols.

Cars parked are subject to the terms and conditions displayed in reception. A copy is available on request. A condition report is carried
out on every vehicle.
Other Useful Information
Q-Park is unable to carry skis, snowboards or bikes on their minibuses.
