Directions
Exit M4 at Junction 3 and follow the A312 north to Hayes. At the first roundabout turn right by Tesco onto Hayes Road. Go straight over
the mini roundabout and Brent Road is the next left.
Transfers to Heathrow
Transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from all 4 terminals every 10 to 15 minutes. Please bear in mind that there is
a reduced service between 00:00 and 04:00.
Check-in Time
We recommend you arrive at the car park at least 45 minutes before your check in to allow time to park and be transferred to the airport.
Arrival Procedures
On arrival you should park outside the reception area and check in. Present your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference,
and hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board the FREE transfer to the terminal.
Departure Procedures
On return from your holiday, once you have cleared customs, simply call Purple Parking on the free phone number given to you on check-in
and you will be collected from a designated bus stop. Return to reception and you car will be ready in the forecourt.
Security Measures
Purple Parking are holders of the Secured Car Parks Award, initiated by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

No Limit, however, a low bridge on entry means nothing over 7'6" high can be accepted.

Terminal 5 - If there is any change to your meeting time, please telephone our help-line direct on 0845 850859 or international on +4420 8867 4564. Our Chauffeur will be wearing a black jacket and will meet you halfway along the car lane outside Departures which is the furthest lane from the terminal.
